Only a couple of light dumbbells are required for this class. We work the triceps in various ways to target each of the three muscles behind the upper arm. There will be a bit of tricep burn and fatigue for sure! Hope you love it!
Purely for the lower body- we get all the gluteus fibers working- the max, med & min glute muscles. For maximum workload use a mini band, but everything can easily be done without. At the end I introduce PAILS & RAILS.
An introduction to CARS- Controlled Articular Rotations. Learn how to mobilise each of the joints in your body to feel buttery!
We take a good look at what stabilises the lower body today- glutes, knees, ankles and feet. Prepare yourself for plenty of ankle and footwork. This is one to keep coming back to!
A targeted practice for the inner thighs and the obliques. We flow through movements with the Chi Ball, one of my favorite props. This class will fly by for you!
One of my favorite muscles to work are the triceps and the upper back muscles- it makes me feel strong! And I hope this workout makes you feel strong too. Have a few options for weights ready in case you need to change them during the workout.
As the name suggests, we spend a bit of time lengthening and stretching then we get into some basic pilates work- it has a wonderful flowy feel which I think you will love just as much as I did!
All you need is your bodyweight and your core strength! We maintain various challenging poses for both the core and the shoulders. There is plenty of prep to get your body ready for it! Have fun!
