A great one to test your shoulder strength and mobility. I always find these ones challenging. But this is one I will keep coming back to, increasing the weight. I really find the shoulder girdle fascinating and challenging!

Stefitness was established in 2020 in Portarlington, Victoria during the Covid-19 lockdowns. In this time Steph saw the need to shift to online training to make movement accessible for people at home.
From here the online platform has grown and flourished into being what it is now- a thorough online workout library for YOU to workout safely, conveniently & intelligently from home. Smart, modern movement.
In addition, in person classes have also grown in size and popularity.
