It's amazing how much of a great upper body workout you can get with just your body weight. In today's session I will challenge your shoulders in particular. What it lacks in time it makes up for in intensity!
In this session we will test our strength across various muscle groups to carry out some big, strong moves. It's another juicy one!
An upper body flow to help relieve any tension through the shoulders and upper back. Lots of extension, forward flexion and lateral flexion. And if your feeling it, you can even finish in wheel pose! Let me know if you give it a go!!
