Stable joints and core are important for a strong and functional body. Today we concentrate on stability through various joints and our core.
Today we use our obliques to twist and turn our body through the workout. There is also a big demand on the triceps. Not for the faint hearted!
Get your mini band and block ready- we are working the lower body with the band and the upper body with the block.
I know you know where your head is (on your neck?!), but are you aware of where and how it sits in space throughout the day? This stretch flow will bring awareness to your head and keeping it neutral as we move.
