The name says it all- do this for some foot love. My aim is to restore natural foot function to the degree possible and these are some of the exercises I'd recommend in order to make that happen. You'll need a block and a mini band. I'm positive you'll love this one!

You'll love this one if your a bit tight and sticky through the thoraco-lumbar junction ie if you're lower back is sore and your back ribs and restricted. Try it, some of these moves had me drooling. No joke.
