The perfect moves to get your weekend started- short and flowy with some glute and core work as well as some deep side stretches. You'll feel wide awake and ready for the weekend after this!
A typical full body pilates class where we move through some mat postures that will work your core, glutes and upper body. Most of the time is spent on the mat. Listen out for alignment cues and mind/body connection. And as always- enjoy!
Lots of hip circles to get your hip joints feeling buttery like they should! I love the feeling of mobile hip joints and that's exactly what we achieve today. You'll just need your chi ball and a readiness for a bit of burn!
A full body flow where we not only stretch but also mobilise the spine, hips, ankles and shoulders.
The posterior chain is the target for today- in particular the back of the legs. As much as we always want to stretch the back of the legs, what they may in fact be craving is strength! Do this workout if that's you!
A strength pilates workout where we focus on our shoulders using dumbbells, anywhere between 2-5kg. Let's develop some serious shoulder strength for a super strong upper body!
Working your core is not just about doing sit ups and curls. It's also about controlling it and using it via other other moves. And that's exactly what we explore today. As a result you'll get that core burn that everyone loves!!
My new FAVE workout! It's all about the hip flexors, in particular the Psoas. Strength in this area is integral to overall hip health and function. The Psoas muscle is such a wonderful muscle connecting the upper body with the lower body. Make you get this workout done, I hope you love it as much as I do!
