A pilates workout dedicated to the hip joints. This workout is in fact a combination between mobility training and pilates. If you have tight or sore hips that need more movement and strength- this is for you!
Perfect to start your day- a pilates flow to move your entire body and activate your back and glute muscles. We use a chi ball in this workout.
The title says it all really. Never neglect movement of the spine. We explore flexion, extension, side flexion and rotation. You will thank me for this one day!
A full body strength workout using a sturdy chair and some dumbbells. Think- back, triceps, glutes and core. A full body burner you'll LOVE!
The perfect moves to get your weekend started- short and flowy with some glute and core work as well as some deep side stretches. You'll feel wide awake and ready for the weekend after this!
A typical full body pilates class where we move through some mat postures that will work your core, glutes and upper body. Most of the time is spent on the mat. Listen out for alignment cues and mind/body connection. And as always- enjoy!
Lots of hip circles to get your hip joints feeling buttery like they should! I love the feeling of mobile hip joints and that's exactly what we achieve today. You'll just need your chi ball and a readiness for a bit of burn!
