The 10 Minute Reset your body will THANK YOU for

I recently came across a “10-minute reset” online that involved jumping, spinning and a lot of chaos. Needless to say, I wasn’t a fan.

So, I put together my own version. Something that actually feels good, especially if you’ve been stiff, tight or just a bit “off” lately.

This isn’t a full workout. It’s a reset to help you feel more like yourself again.

All you need is 10 intentional minutes:

• 1 minute of slow, deep breathing (focus onlateral rib expansion)
• 2 minutes of gentle spinal mobility (pelvic tilts,cat/cows, roll-downs)
• 3 minutes of glute activation (bridges, side-lying leg lifts, clams)
2 minutes of controlled core work (dead bugs, slow toetaps, heel slides)
• 2 minutes of gentle stretching (whatever feels tight- hipflexors, chest, hamstrings)

That’s it.

The goal is to reconnect with your body.

Most people skip this step and jump straight into intensity. That’s usually when tightness, soreness or little niggles start to show up.

Try it today and notice how your body feels afterwards.

And if you enjoyed this and feel ready for more, you can move with me at home- just you, your mat and me for intentional, feel good movement.
