SEPTEMBER 2023- I really didn’t see it coming when I was asked to come on as ambassador for lululemon. I thought only the really young and cool people were invited on board. Turns out I was wrong 🤣
I’m often asked what it means to be a lululemon Ambassador. Basically I’m a brand representative- I wear their stuff and say good things about it.
And lululemon being lululemon, that’s not a hard thing to do. I’ve been wearing their clothing for about 15 years, again thanks to my sister who bought me my first lululemon outfit- running shorts and a tank, shortly after my nephew was born. (Yep- I'm still wearing those items 15 years on!) I keep returning to their brand because nothing else really compares to it for me.
I guess it comes down to the way I feel when I wear lululemon.
I feel ready. I feel supported. I feel gooooood.
IFYKYK. If you don’t, this is your invitation to try lululemon.
As a runner, I keep going back to Fast and Free tights (all lengths from short to long) and the Swiftly Tech top (tank, tee, long sleeve- you name it I’ve tried it and love it).
For Pilates and every day work wear I can’t go past align tights. They are dreamy 😍 and last forever!
Being an ambassador also has meant that lululemon has supported me in running some special events. One being the Stefitness X lululemon Pilates Fundraiser for Women’s Health Week at One Day Estate Winery, pictured below.
$1200 was raised and donated to the Jean Hailes Foundation, an organization dedicated to the research of all things women’s health. This event was an absolute privilege and honour to run along side lululemon. A real success!
And now almost 5 months into my ambassadorship, I can say it has been a fun ride! I’ve learnt a lot, met some incredibly inspirational people & grown professionally.
Thanks lululemon, I’m so excited to see what the next 7 months brings our way!
