Hip flexion is the ability to bring your leg forward at the hip. In this class we work on the hip flexors which are at the front of the hip to help promote more space at the front of the hip joint. I've also thrown in some shoulder movement too.

Stefitness was established in 2020 in Portarlington, Victoria during the Covid-19 lockdowns. In this time Steph saw the need to shift to online training to make movement accessible for people at home.
From here the online platform has grown and flourished into being what it is now- a thorough online workout library for YOU to workout safely, conveniently & intelligently from home. Smart, modern movement.
In addition, in person classes have also grown in size and popularity.
