With a miniband today we start by working our feet and gradually work our way up the posterior chain. We finish with standing stability work to challenge our glutes and balance.

Stefitness was established in 2020 in Portarlington, Victoria during the Covid-19 lockdowns. In this time Steph saw the need to shift to online training to make movement accessible for people at home.
From here the online platform has grown and flourished into being what it is now- a thorough online workout library for YOU to workout safely, conveniently & intelligently from home. Smart, modern movement.
In addition, in person classes have also grown in size and popularity.
